I was out clay shooting with my Beretta A301 when it started refusing to feed.
After firing the first shot the cartridge stop is not moving out of the way to let the next cartridge feed. If I push it out of the way it releases a cartridge as normal but if I cycle the gun it does nothing. I've tried other makes of cartridge.
If I remove the trigger block the cartridge stop is free to move on its pin but should it by sprung or floating?
This image is one I found on the net and I have arrowed the culprit.
Easy fix or a smithing job?
