Browning Manufacture Date ?

My latest aquisition is a Browning B25 Serial # 24320S4.
From what I can find on the www the S denotes 12bore and the 4 means 1964. Can anyone confirm if that is correct please. The state it is in it could well be 44 years old :grin:

Thanks for that Foxy - did you mean to say '64 or is it actually '62

Its academic I suppose but its nice to know. Its had a hard 40+ years but when the blacksmith is finished with it it should see me out :grin:
