Zeiss Service

Postby libensvolenspotens » Sat Dec 05, 2020 10:36 pm

Tuesday evening, whilst out Stalking, I lost the battery coverer the illuminated reticule on my Zeiss HT scope.
Thursday I contacted Zeiss Service bi telephone and informed them of my loss. I was told that a replacement would be sent to me free of charge!
This morning I received the replacement part and must congratulate Messrs Zeiss upon their excellent service.
Thank you Zeiss!
