Nv set up.

Afternoon members,
I have used the new Pard NV007 for some time now but I have noticed that you go through a few seals where they connect to your fitting on the scope.
I have even tried Vaseline and mollycote on them but still seem to split, has any one else had the same problem or am I doing something wrong.
Regards Kev.

There is a grease specifically made for scopes and flashlights. It's call dampening or damping grease. It's very viscous and does not migrate onto lens or other areas of the scope. The stuff that I use is made in the US by Nye Lubricants. There are others and I'm positive that it's available in the US as all scope makers use that type of material. He is a link to the stuff that I prefer. It's cheap enough in the US. It also works great on my Surefire flashlight (torch) threads.
