My new rifle

Postby Deallad » Tue Feb 23, 2021 6:48 pm

Some time ago I saw a video on youtube of the Kalibrgun Argus 60 in .22

I decided I had to have one so searched the UK dealers to locate one

Sadly none could be found in the UK, so I had to resort to buying one from overseas, I contacted an air gun supplier in Portugal who would send to the UK.

Their armorer set the gun up to be sub 12ft lb and shipped it to the UK tax free, I had to pay the UK duty.

This gun is a blast to shoot both accuracy and shot count is great, pellet on pellet at 25 yards, scope is a Leupold 6-18 x 42 AR tactical

CZ know how to build guns

Very nice looing rifle. CZ does built nice firearms. They just bought Colt in the US. I looking forward to them improving the Colt product line as well as bringing back some of there classic firearms. Colt has been a poorly manage company that failed to remain competitive. I'm hoping CZ will turn Colt around.

I think they will flinty, CZ know how to build guns, I have 2 CZ455's one in 22 and the other in 17hmr both sub moa.

You need to spend a lot more to get a better gun, an Anschutz 22 rifle setting you back another £400-500 for only cosmetic improvements

The Kalibrgun will be into service this week on the crows hovering round sheep waiting for lambs

Strange how things change.
Twenty years ago there were only Myself and Daystate producing bullpups now the market is awash with them!

Now that looks like a super in-car gun. One you can drive around lamping for rabbits and pass the rifle from driver to passenger without any risk  My mate and I have been using my Anschutz 1417 for just this purpose, but if we ever need a sub 12 rifle that looks the biz, if I can sneak another air rifle into the cabinet I'll have a look for one of those.
