Some time ago I purchased a Champion 22lr bullet catcher for use with my air rifle, it's a great bit of kit and very solid, I encased the outside with thick rubber to deaden the sound and it works very well.

Since CCI Quiet has a velocity of 710fps and as the name suggests quiet it is now possible to practice in the garden, providing you meet the criteria over 50 feet from the centre of a road and don't cause alarm or distress to ones neighbours. My neighbours often see me with my air rifle bench rest practicing and have even popped round for a go themselves.

I decided to give the catcher a go with the 22lr and CCI Quiet it works perfectly and neighbours think its a new air rifle. Its also legal as the fac states On any land or estate with owners permission.

Here is a photo of the stopper and a link to the device
