Had an Endura but lost it - liked it a lot.

VG10 is very hard and Spyderco seem to maximise this in their temper. I have broken the points off several Spydercos (not the Endura, by the way). Not by prying on them, or using them as a screw-driver, either!! Often by dropping them on a hard surface. I find something like 440C suits me better for an every day knife.

Got the new Spyderco yesterday, first impression is very impressive. The blade is almost fully polished sharp like a mirror. Dave was round (Leadpig) we gave it a strop and bloody hell, talk about out of the box sharp!

Will see how it goes when used, if it is a good at holding an edge like they are suppose to then im sure I will be very happy.

They are well balanced, light and very usable, I was going to give it a full polish on the Lansky with the Sapphire stones, but TBH it is so sharp as is I think ill leave it till its done a few pheasants and rabbit......o and the fishing season will be starting on the 10 of March

Just a couple of picture for you to veiw. There were several choices of colours for rhe handle, blue, red, orange, pink  black, blue.

I chose the brown as I thought it would most suit my needs at this knife will be used propally out in the field and not stuck in a draw somewhere. Thought it may hide the blood and guts better

Again, so far very impressed and would recommed one.
