Vaping Part Deux...

Anything goes - within reason.

Vaping Part Deux...

Postby ski » Sun Nov 30, 2014 7:14 pm

Got myself a relatively cheap starter set-up.

It arrived yesterday. I gave it the ultimate try-out this morning. COFFEE!!!

Coffee and cigarettes the breakfast of champions! LOL!!

First it was a pleasure to not have to go outside to smoke.

NOT quite the same as a burning cigarette. Probably more psychological issue than anything.

The high nicotine in the juice seems to be doing it's job....

So far, I'm pleased with the concept of vaping.

There's a vaping store nearby....

I was checking out some juice. I don't care for "fruity or flowery" types. I did get one bottle of "Menthol" It's very strong. Like inhaling a peppermint "Lifesaver".

For now, the old "Tobacco" flavor is good for me.

I was impressed when I blew some vapor in my cousins face and he didn't smell a darn thing.

The kit came with an extra "coil". I guess, the coil is the first to fail?

Dont let the coil run dry.. it will burn the wick inside and not vape well... I started with Cherry Tobacco flavour then moved on to coffee then to Rum and Coffee, its nice to try a few flavours your taste buds will change after a few weeks as you dont have the nasty smoke killing everything.. but keep uo the good work....

I use a vamo V5 mod with a Kanger pro tank 2... nice bit of Kit...

wife is getting me an Itaste box mod for xmas ....

I started smoking when I was 15 yrs. old, 45 years ago......

Tried to quit several times. Cold turkey, Nicotine patches......

It's an impossible venture for me. The problem is that I feel good. NO breathing problems, (yet) Physically in decent shape. (Mentally, we won't go there!)

My Dad died from lung cancer 30 years after he quit. So, for me, what's the point of quitting. The waste of money is all and the loss of control to a lousy tobacco leaf.

1.8% nicotine isn't strong enough. Especially for a long time heavy smoker like me.

Gotta go for the stronger juice, next time.

Lead,

Well, NO WONDER!!

The vials are labeled "HIGH NICOTINE".....

I've been sneaking smokes to make up for what I wasn't getting from vaping!

Thanks for the info!! I gottta be more vigilant the next time I get some juice.

I was persuaded to try an aspire mini nautilus tank today, I was sufficiently impressed to buy one. Probably a bit more bulky than ideal but it works very well.
